		<description>This seems to be correct to me based on the idea that Lenin&#039;s empirical observation of imperialism is no longer in existence.  There is no real inter- imperialist rivalry.  

But don&#039;t we still need the concept of imperialism (not Lenin&#039;s theory), not to replace Marx&#039;s analysis of capitalism, but supplement it with a political theory of domination on an international level?

I disagree with this:  &quot;We should leave the analysis of power relations to Kissinger.&quot;

Why should be we leave it to Kissinger as he is part of the enemy class?</description>
